Who is eligible to join the MDC Clinical Network?
Licensed IV therapy providers, medical spas, wellness clinics, and mobile IV operators are eligible to apply. MDC works with independent nurses, physician-led clinics, and franchise locations currently offering IV services in compliance with state medical regulations.
How do patient requests get routed to my practice?
Patient intake requests submitted through the MDC platform are matched based on location, service availability, and deployment type (mobile or in-clinic). Approved providers receive qualified patient opportunities routed directly through MDC’s intake system.
Do I need to operate as a mobile IV provider?
No. MDC supports in-clinic, mobile, and hybrid care models. Providers may participate in the network based on their current service delivery structure and geographic coverage.
Will joining MDC require changes to my clinical protocols?
No. MDC does not alter or dictate clinical treatment protocols. All services remain under the supervision of your licensed medical team and must continue to follow applicable state guidelines and oversight requirements.
How quickly can I begin receiving patient requests?
Once your intake is reviewed and onboarding is complete, providers may begin receiving service opportunities based on demand in their operating market.
Is MDC exclusive to one provider per market?
MDC may onboard multiple licensed providers within a service area depending on market size and patient demand. Participation in the network is not exclusive unless otherwise agreed upon.
Can franchise-backed clinics participate in MDC?
Yes. Franchise locations and independently owned clinics are both eligible to participate in MDC’s clinical partner network.
Do I maintain control over scheduling and service delivery?
Yes. Providers retain full control over scheduling, treatment offerings, pricing, and clinical decision-making when participating in the MDC platform.
Participation in the MDC Clinical Network does not establish a partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee of patient volume. All IV therapy services are delivered by independently licensed medical providers in accordance with applicable state laws and oversight requirements.
